Hi, I am Gautam Kotian.
I am passionately interested in creating amazing software and travelling! I live in Berlin, Germany and work at Sociomantic Labs GmbH, where we are constantly striving to improve your online browsing experience.
Some other trivia about me (in no particular order):
- I read a lot of articles on Wikipedia on a very wide range of topics.
- I used to be a terrible cook until I decided to change that; and now I am pretty good.
- I do not like to watch television, and I do not own one.
- Most people know me by my nickname - Googie.
- I have an uncontrollable urge to fix dog-eared books when I see them.
- I am a Vim crackerjack!
- I can eat enormous amounts of food (but I am not as fat as that makes me sound).
- I like to play football (soccer) and I am a pretty good defender.
- I like to invent games (real-life one’s, not computer games).
- I talk less and listen more - not intentionally, it’s just the way I am.
- I enjoy public speaking, quite contrary to human psychology.
